Funktionsweise:

Mit diesem Zertifikat haben Sie eine jährliche Ertragschance von 10,5 % sowie die Möglichkeit der vorzeitigen Rückzahlung. Liegt der Basiswert (Erste Group Bank AG) an einem der jährlichen Bewertungstage auf oder über seinem Startwert, so erfolgt die (vorzeitige) Rückzahlung inklusive einer Verzinsung von 10,5 % pro Laufzeitjahr (max. 5 Jahre). Notiert der Basiswert am Laufzeitende auf oder unter der Barriere, kommt es zur Aktienlieferung (Marktrisiko); der Wert der gelieferten Aktien wird deutlich unter dem Nominalbetrag des Zertifikats liegen.

Als Basiswert für das Zertifikat dient die Aktie der Erste Group Bank AG. Die Erste Group Bank AG zählt zu einem der größten Finanzdienstleister in Zentral- und Osteuropa, gemessen an Kundenzahl und Bilanzsumme.

  • Flexibilität: Sie können das Zertifikat während der Handelszeiten zum jeweils aktuellen Kurs kaufen und verkaufen.
  • Der Kurs des Zertifikats unterliegt verschiedenen Einflussfaktoren - u. a. der Entwicklung des Basiswertes, ihrer
    Schwankungsbreite, Korrelation und Dividendenerwartungen sowie dem Zinsniveau. Dieser Kurs kann unter den
    Emissionspreis sinken und, besonders wenn sich der Basiswert nahe der Barriere bewegt, stark schwanken.
